This site is operated by L&S Marketing, Inc. (Albuquerque, NM) under contract with Judith Sussman, widow of Arthur Sussman. All purchases made from this site will be delivered by L&S Marketing and all credit card charges will be processed by L&S Marketing.
The secure shopping cart software used in the purchase process is from Americart, Inc. and is PCI 2.0 compliant. The credit card payment process used by L&S Marketing is also PCI 2.0 compliant. Your online order through this site is safe and secure.
After you place your order, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email if there are any questions that need to be addressed (including additional shipping charges as outlined below). Once the review process is complete, your card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the value of your order while it is being fulfilled. When your order is ready to ship, your card will be charged for the remaining balance before shipment is made.
Our giclées are custom printed after they are ordered, so shipment of your artwork will usually occur within 14 days of ordering. If there will be a delay in printing and shipping your order, we will contact you via email to let you know.
For your convenience, we offer our Ink on Canvas Giclées two different ways:
The first version includes stretcher bars and is ready for framing. The canvas is attached to the wood stretcher bars and your artwork is shipped in a box.
The second version is canvas only and is carefully rolled and shipped in a tube. It is not suitable for framing as delivered, but is less costly to create and to ship.
Shipping charges on this site are estimates based on the maximum cost of packaging and shipping 1 item from Albuquerque, NM to any point in the Continental United States. Additional charges may be added for shipments to other locations and will be communicated with the buyer for approval before shipment. In some cases, the packing and shipping charges may be less than the estimate, in which case the charges will automatically be reduced.
Purchases made from or shipped to addresses in New Mexico will be charged 7.0% NM GRT.
All sales are final once shipment has been made. If an order is cancelled before shipment, the original 35% deposit is forfeited by the buyer, but no additional charges will be processed.
